Chapter Four
Sam and Billy seem to have very different opinions and feelings about Harold. Why do you think that is?
I think Sam has different feelings about Herold because of his back round of being a slave, but Billy thinks differently because he knows more about Herold and how he lives.Billy also found out beside his back round he is a good person!
Because Sam is older so he is more used to slavery .
ReplyDeleteBut he's only a couple years older. Could that really be enough to make a difference?
ReplyDeleteI think that since Billy is a little younger than Sam I think he doesn't understand slavery as much.
ReplyDeleteI don't think Sam knows Harold very much so he doesn't have a strong opinion.
ReplyDeleteI think because Sam doesn't think Billy understands Harold's experience, heritage, and past life.
ReplyDeleteBut slavery is over, John.
ReplyDeleteBut maybe Sam could have told Billy of what Sam knows of slavery.
ReplyDeleteI think Sam has different feelings about Herold because of his back round of being a slave, but Billy thinks differently because he knows more about Herold and how he lives.Billy also found out beside his back round he is a good person!
ReplyDeleteAnd Billy is friends with Harold.
