Chapter Nineteen
Please describe in detail how you felt and what you thought as the clouds of grasshoppers descended from the sky.
I felt bad for Sam, Billy, Pa, and Ma because I thought that the locust were going to ruin their crops by chewing and eating them,and I thought it wasn't good because I know that locust ruin things and I thought that tee locust would ruin their crops and land.
When the clouds were rolling in I thought it was going to rain. Once it started raining bugs I was thinking, "What the heck!" Once the grasshoppers clung to their clothes I was wondering \, why aren't they going inside?
At first when the locusts came I thought it was an epic storm that was going to destroy the dugouts. Then when I found out that it was a locust storm I knew it was not going to end well.
At first when the grasshoppers came,I felt bad for Sam,Billy,Ma and Pa well everyone.When I found out it was a big storm of grasshoppers also known as the locusts storm.
